1. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine («Replacement of a cooling liquid» see).

THE NOTE
At known skill cooling liquid can to be merged. Prepare stoppers approaching on the size with which muffle hoses at once after their detachment. Loss of a cooling liquid at such way will be insignificant.

2. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
3. Disconnect колодки a motor plait of wires from an idling regulator …
4. … and the gauge of position throttle заслонки.
5. Disconnect from sector of throttle knot a cable of a drive throttle заслонки (Adjustment and replacement of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки »see«).
6. Disconnect from an inlet pipe a hose of a small branch of system of ventilation картера the engine.

    
THE NOTE
To disconnect a hose of a small branch of system of ventilation картера the engine from an inlet pipe it is necessary that it was possible to take away from throttle knot воздухоподводящий a sleeve.

7. Having weakened a fastening collar, disconnect воздухоподводящий a sleeve from a branch pipe of throttle knot and take a sleeve aside.
8. Loosen the a collar of fastening of a hose of a supply of a cooling liquid, having compressed пассатижами its unbent ears, shift a collar on a hose …
9. … also remove a hose from a branch pipe of throttle knot.
10. Similarly disconnect a hose plum of a cooling liquid.
    
THE NOTE
If you did not merge a liquid from cooling system, in order to avoid liquid loss at once muffle hoses in advance prepared stoppers or bolts of the suitable size.

11. Disconnect from branch pipes of throttle knot hoses of a purge of an adsorber …
12. … and the valve рециркуляции the fulfilled gases.
13. Turn out two bolts of fastening of throttle knot to an inlet pipe and remove throttle knot.
    
THE NOTE
Pay attention to that connection of throttle knot and an inlet pipe is condensed by a lining. Strongly pressed out or torn lining replace.

14. If at replacement of throttle knot by new knot are not established the gauge of position throttle заслонки 1 and a regulator of idling 2, rearrange them from old knot. For this purpose turn out on two screws of their fastening.
15. If throttle knot removed not for replacement, clear the polluted throttle knot a liquid for cleaning of carburettors, preliminary having removed from it the gauge and a regulator. Clear also the polluted regulator and the gauge (it is forbidden to use solvents for their clearing).
16. Remove from a cavity of an inlet pipe oil and other pollution.
17. Establish throttle knot in an order, the return to removal.
19. If necessary add cooling liquid.
