4.3.7. Check of system of release of the fulfilled gases

The system of release of the fulfilled gases does not demand special service. Periodically enough to check reliability of an inhaling of carving connections and an integrity of pillows of a suspension bracket. In case of damage, through corrosion or прогара system elements replace in gathering.

GOOD ADVICE At the raised noise level from release system check up its tightness. For this purpose start up the engine and examine all system. Having spent a hand over places of possible leak, without concerning knots, you will feel at once leak of gases. If necessary replace the rusted and burnt through knots.

PREVENTIONS Before repair allow to cool down to release system as in an operating time of the engine it heats up to a heat. The fulfilled gases are poisonous, the poisoning with them occurs imperceptibly, therefore before engine start-up in garage necessarily open gate!

GOOD ADVICE At impossibility to replace defective knot new it is possible to restore temporarily its working capacity, having imposed a metal patch on the damaged place and having fixed its collars or a wire. Under a patch it is recommended to enclose asbestos sheet. In shops of autospare parts there are on sale special complete sets for restoration of knots of system of release of the fulfilled gases, with which help it is possible to eliminate temporarily system damages to reach to car-care centre or garage.
