6.2.9. Synchronizer repairIf transfer joins indistinctly or with the big effort or does not join at all, before dismantling of a secondary shaft check up synchronizer work: муфта the synchronizer should move manually at small effort. If moving муфты is complicated (does not move or moves at the big effort), repair the synchronizer or replace it in gathering.
Spontaneous deenergizing of transfers testifies to deterioration or damage of teeths муфты the synchronizer and wreaths of gear wheels.
Synchronizers I and II, and also III and IV transfers are identical on a design, therefore them repair the same receptions.

2. Having hooked a screw-driver …

3. … remove two springs.

The second spring in a photo is not visible, as is located from a synchronizer underside.

4. Take out from grooves of a nave three crackers …
|
5. … also remove муфту from a nave.
|
6. Examine synchronizer details. Springs should not have wear tracks in places of contact to crackers.
7. Crackers should not be deformed, and fixing ledges of crackers should not have considerable deterioration.

8. End faces шлицев муфты …

9. … and blocking rings should not have выкрашивания and замятия.
|
|
|
10. The nave should not have забоин шлицев and wear tracks.
|
11. At installation of a blocking ring on a cone of a corresponding gear wheel the backlash between end faces of wreaths of a ring and a gear wheel should be not less than 1 mm, otherwise a blocking ring replace.
|
12. Collect the synchronizer in an order, the return to dismantling, having established муфту on a nave according to the labels put before dismantling.
