6.2.14. Adjustment of a drive of management by a transmission

After performance of the works connected with separation of a drive of a gear change, and also at an indistinct gear change in operation adjust a drive.

1. Take a stopper of an adjusting aperture from a cover of the mechanism of a gear change (fig. 6.5).

2. Switch a transmission in neutral position.

3. In a motor compartment ослабьте an inhaling клеммового connections of a drive of a gear change, having provided free mutual moving of a tip of the lever of a gear change and draught.	4. Turn a gear change shaft so that the core in diameter of 5,0 mm (for example, a shaft of a suitable drill), inserted into an aperture of a cover 2 (fig. 6.5 see), has got to an adjusting aperture of the switch 4.

5. Remove a cover of the lever of a gear change (Removal, installation and repair of a side scene of a control lever by a transmission see).

6. Establish the gear change lever in position of a choice I or II transfers and, having combined apertures in the persistent plug of the lever of a gear change and the lever case, fix the lever, having inserted into the combined apertures the second core in diameter of 5,0 mm.

7. Tighten клеммовое connection of a drive of a gear change, take out cores from adjusting apertures on the lever of a gear change and a cover of the mechanism of a gear change and establish a stopper of an adjusting aperture in a cover.

8. Check up clearness of inclusion of transfers. If necessary repeat adjustment.
