5.13.6. Replacement of a reception pipe

1. Turn away three nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a final collector...

GOOD ADVICE Nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe after long operation "burn" to hairpins. In order to avoid breakage of hairpins before отворачиванием moisten carving connections by liquid WD-40 (or the structures similar to it) or kerosene. We recommend to replace at each dismantling of connection nuts new as sides of nuts can be crumpled and at the subsequent inhaling (отворачивании) can break absolutely then will turn away a nut very difficultly.

2. … and three nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a flange of neutralizer of the fulfilled gases (or to a prorate flange).	3. Remove a pillow of a suspension bracket of system from an arm on a reception pipe …

4. … separate flanges of a reception pipe and neutralizer …	5. … shift a flange of a reception pipe from hairpins of a final collector and remove a pipe.

6. Remove sealing linings from neutralizer flanges...	7. … and a final collector.

    

GOOD ADVICE Replace new sealing linings between flanges of a reception pipe, neutralizer (prorate) and a final collector at each dismantling of connection as strongly pressed out linings will not provide reliable consolidation.

8. Establish a reception pipe in an order, the return to removal.
