5.10.3. Engine assemblageIt be required to you: динамометрический a key, a hammer (it is desirable with brisk of soft metal or полиуретана), the adaptation for installation of pistons in cylinders, the same keys, as for engine dismantling, a screw-driver, an assembly shovel.
1. Insert a rod into the piston, grease a piston finger with engine oil and запрессуйте it in a rod on the same adaptation, on which finger выпрессовывали, or by means of a hammer and approaching send, inserted into an internal aperture of a finger. The piston should nestle a lug on the top head of a rod in a direction запрессовки a finger that will allow it to occupy correct position.
THE NOTE
Finger insert into the top head of a rod with a tightness, therefore for simplification of assemblage and preservation of its landing it is recommended to heat up rods, having placed their top heads on 15 mines in нагретую to 240 С the electric furnace. The temperature of heating of a rod can be checked with the help термохромного a pencil. For correct connection of a finger with a rod запрессуйте a finger as soon as possible as after its cooling finger position cannot be changed already.

2. Establish piston rings in an order, the return to removal, having arranged them, as is shown in fig. 5.12.
THE PREVENTION
At installation do not unclench a ring more than it is necessary not to deform or to break them.

NOTES
Bottom компрессионное a ring establish bore downwards (it is shown by an arrow) in the second flute.
Marks Y on компрессионных rings should be directed upwards.

3. Сориентируйте rings, as is shown in fig. 5.13. Establish rings on other pistons.
THE NOTE
Locks of the top and bottom rings compound маслосъемного rings should be located on distance of 25-30 mm accordingly to the left and to the right from the dilator lock.

4. Lay in bed of the block of cylinders the top loose leaves of radical bearings.
NOTES
In bed of the average (third) radical bearing lay the loose leaf of the increased thickness with basic fillets.
Loose leaves establish so that the adjusting short moustache of the loose leaf was combined with dredging on bed.

5. Grease loose leaves with engine oil.
6. Establish a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders.
7. Lay in covers of radical bearings the bottom loose leaves, having combined short moustaches of loose leaves with dredging on covers.
THE NOTE
The top and bottom loose leaves of radical bearings can differ on an arrangement of an aperture for an oil supply. Loose leaves establish so that these apertures have coincided with apertures of channels for an oil supply in beds of support of radical bearings. After installation of loose leaves in nests their ends come out a little, therefore for correct orientation of loose leaves at a definitive inhaling of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings track, that выступание both ends was identical.

8. Grease with engine oil radical necks of a cranked shaft.
9. Grease with engine oil loose leaves in covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
10. Establish covers of radical bearings according to serial numbers, сориентировав on labels.
THE PREVENTION
For installation of covers of bearings of a cranked shaft use a hammer with soft brisk, made of a brass, lead or полиуретана. To establish covers an inhaling of fixing details it is forbidden, as landing surfaces of covers and the block of cylinders in this case will be damaged.

11. Establish bolts of covers, in regular intervals screw bolts down, without tightening definitively, turn out on one turn, tighten the moment 50 Нм (5,0 кгсм) and tighten on 40-60 .
THE PREVENTION
Bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings necessarily replace new.
|
12. Check up correctness of assemblage, having turned a cranked shaft a hand on some turns. The shaft should rotate freely and smoothly.
13. Establish loose leaves in rods, having combined an adjusting short moustache of the loose leaf with dredging on a rod.
14. Grease with engine oil of a mirror of cylinders, pistons, piston rings and шатунные loose leaves.

15. Establish on the piston the adaptation for compression of rings and, wrapping the screw, compress rings.
|
16. Turn a cranked shaft so that it шатунная a neck on which mount shatunno-piston group, it was established in ВМТ. Establish the piston in the cylinder according to marks of number of the cylinder on a rod, press (for example, the hammer handle) the piston and shift it from send in the cylinder. Similarly establish pistons in other cylinders.

THE NOTE
At installation of pistons the label (triangle) on the piston should be turned into cylinders to a forward part of the engine.

THE PREVENTION
Establish the piston in the cylinder cautiously not to damage the bottom head of a rod шатунную a neck of a cranked shaft.
|
17. Establish шатунные loose leaves in covers of rods, having combined an adjusting short moustache of the loose leaf with dredging on a cover.
18. Grease with engine oil шатунные loose leaves in covers of rods and шатунные necks of a cranked shaft.
19. Establish a rod cover, having connected a rod to a neck of a cranked shaft and having combined labels on a rod and a cover.
20. Screw шатунные bolts, without tightening them it is definitive.
21. Tighten шатунные bolts to the full, without tightening them it is definitive; then turn away them on one turn, tighten the moment 25 Нм (2,5 кгсм) and tighten for 30 , and then for 15 .
22. Check up ease of moving of a rod lengthways шатунной necks. At jamming turn on шатунные bolts and repeatedly tighten their nominal moment.
23. Check up a lateral backlash of a rod, it should be 0,070–0,242 mm. The increased backlash specifies in excessive deterioration of cheeks of cranks of a cranked shaft. In this case replace a cranked shaft.
24. Similarly fix covers of other rods.

25. Check up an axial backlash of a cranked shaft, it should be 0,07–0,1 mm. The increased backlash specifies in deterioration of basic flanges of a cranked shaft or bed of the average radical bearing. In this case replace a cranked shaft. If it does not lead to reduction of an axial backlash, it is necessary to replace the block of cylinders.

30. Further the engine collect in an order, the return to dismantling. Installation of a head of the block of cylinders is described in subsection Replacement of a lining of a head of the block of cylinders, the water pump — in subsection Replacement of the water pump, a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism — in subsection Replacement and adjustment of a tension of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism and replacement of its tension roller.
GOOD ADVICE
After engine assemblage it is recommended to spend it обкатку at the stand. As out of the special repair organisations to make it it is impossible, after engine installation on the car обкатайте it on the simplified cycle in a following order.
1. Be convinced of correctness of adjustment of a drive throttle заслонки, fill in oil and cooling liquid, check up tightness of all connections.
2. Start up the engine and allow to it to work without loading on a following cycle.
Do not lead up work of the engine to the maximum modes.
3. In an operating time check up tightness of the engine and its systems, pressure of oil, pay attention to presence of extraneous noise.
4. If extraneous noise or other malfunctions are found out, stop the engine and eliminate their reason.
5. Having begun car operation, observe the modes provided for the period обкатки of the new car.
