THE PREVENTION

Tighten bolts on the cold engine in the sequence shown on fig. 5.4, in five stages: 1st — tighten bolts the moment 25 Нм (2,5 кгсм); 2nd — tighten bolts on a corner 60 ; 3rd — in addition tighten bolts on a corner 60 ; 4th — still in addition tighten bolts on a corner 60 ; 5th — definitively wrap bolts on a corner 10 ;

THE NOTE
After the first start-up of the collected engine, its warming up to working temperature and full cooling after a stop tighten in addition bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a corner 30–50 .

– Replace a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases new a lining, deformed at an inhaling of nuts of fastening.
49. Establish all details and knots in an order, the return to removal.
