7.2.8. Replacement of a beam of a back suspension bracket

The beam of a back suspension bracket is more convenient for removing on the lift. If there is no possibility to establish the car on the lift, lift a back part of the car, having established a jack under a beam. Then establish support under nests for jack installation on a car body.

GOOD ADVICE To remove a beam of a back suspension bracket it is necessary with assistants who will hold and lower a beam of a back suspension bracket.

    

THE PREVENTION Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel only on the car standing on the earth. The moment of an inhaling of bolts 90 Нм.

It be required to you: keys on 10, on 15, on 17, on 19 (two), a special key on 10 for отворачивания nuts of brake pipelines, круглогубцы.

1. Remove back wheels.

2. Disconnect on one brake hose from both parties from pipelines on a beam of a back suspension bracket (Replacement of brake hoses see) and muffle apertures of hoses.

3. Turn on from both parties on four nuts of fastening of pins …	4. … also remove pins in gathering with brake drums.

5. Turn away a nut of fastening of the pipeline to the working brake cylinder (Replacement of the working brake cylinder of the brake mechanism of a back wheel see) …

6. … remove скобу fastenings of a cable of a lay brake to a brake board …	7. … disconnect a tip of a cable from разжимного the lever …

8. … also remove a board of a back brake in gathering.

9. Similarly remove a board of a back brake from a car opposite side.

10. Turn away a fastening nut …	11. … also disconnect the holder of a cable of a drive of a lay brake from the lever of a back suspension bracket.

12. Similarly disconnect the second branch of a cable from a car opposite side.

13. Turn out and take bolts of the bottom fastenings of shock-absorbers.	14. Smoothly lower a beam and remove springs of a back suspension bracket both their top and bottom linings (Replacement of a spring of a back suspension bracket see).

15. Having released clamps, remove brake pipelines from a beam (Replacement of brake tubes see).

16. Deduce brake hoses from beam arms, having removed preliminary скобы fastenings (Replacement of brake hoses see).

17. Turn away a nut of bolts of fastening of a beam to a body, keeping bolts from проворачивания the second key; take bolts …	18. … also remove a beam in gathering with the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

19. If necessary remove the stabilizer to similarly its removal on the car (Replacement of the stabilizer of cross-section stability of a back suspension bracket see) and выпрессуйте сайлентблоки (Replacement сайлентблоков levers of a back suspension bracket see).

20. Establish a beam of a back suspension bracket in an order, the return to removal. Definitively tighten nuts of bolts of fastening of a beam on the car standing on the earth.

21. After beam installation pump over brake system (Prorolling of a hydrodrive of brake system see) and if necessary adjust a lay brake (Adjustment of a drive of a lay brake see).
