11.9.7. Replacement of the lock of a forward door

It be required to you: key TORX T40, a screw-driver with a crosswise edge.

2. Remove the internal handle of a drive of the lock of a forward door (Replacement of the internal handle of a drive of the lock of a forward door see).

THE NOTE To remove the internal handle it is necessary because to disconnect draughts of a drive from the lock established on a door, very inconveniently. It is more convenient to remove the lock together with draughts, and in turn for a detachment of draughts from the handle its removal is required.

3. Unfasten a plastic clamp of draught of the external handle and disconnect draught from the handle lever.	4. Similarly disconnect draught from the lock switch.

5. Turn out three screws of fastening of the lock to the door panel.	6. Remove the lock from the car, having deduced it through a technological aperture in the door panel.

7. If change the lock, unfasten plastic clamps of draughts and disconnect from levers of the lock of draught from the internal handle of a drive of the lock …	8. … draught of blocking …

9. … and draught from the external handle.	10. For removal of a latch of the lock of a forward door turn out two screws of its fastening to a body rack …

11. … also remove a latch.

12. Will put the lock of a forward door and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.

THE NOTE If necessary adjust clearness of lock-out of the lock latch moving to a vertical or horizontal direction, having weakened its inhaling.
