11.16.2. Removal, dismantling and installation of the panel of devices

It be required to you: face keys (heads) on 7, on 12, screw-drivers with crosswise and flat edges.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Remove an autoradio tape recorder if it is established on the car.

    

THE NOTE In the absence of an autoradio tape recorder the boxing for its installation is closed decorative заглушкой which removal is described in subsection Removal and installation of the block of management by heating and air-conditioning system.

3. Remove a steering wheel (Removal and steering wheel installation see).	4. Remove a casing of a steering column (Replacement of contact group of the switch (the lock) ignitions see).

5. Turn out four screws of fastening заглушки the hatch of the panel of devices …	6. … also remove заглушку.

7. Turn away four nuts of fastening of a steering column to a body …	8. … one nut of fastening of a steering column to the panel of devices (it is located from within panels of devices) and lower a column downwards.

9. Remove a forward part of facing of a tunnel of a floor (Removal and installation of facing of a tunnel of a floor see).	10. Remove the block of management of heating and air-conditioning system (Removal and installation of the block of management by heating and air-conditioning system see).

THE NOTE If full dismantling of the panel of devices, for convenience of work … is supposed … turn out two screws of fastening of a sliding coaster … … also remove a coaster … … then turn out two screws of fastening of a niche for small subjects and remove a niche. If you remove the panel of devices not for dismantling, the coaster and a niche can to be removed.

11. Turn out two screws of fastening of a niche for small subjects …	12. … also remove a niche.

13. Turn out two screws of fastening of a ware box to the panel of devices …	14. … also remove a ware box.

15. Open the left forward door and, having hooked a screw-driver …	16. … remove the left lateral cover of the panel of devices.

17. Disconnect from the panel the handle of a drive of the lock of a cowl (Removal, installation and adjustment of the lock of a cowl and its drive see).	18. Remove facing left боковины bodies (Removal and installation of facings of salon see).

19. Under the panel of devices at left боковины bodies separate an aerial cable …	20. … also disconnect колодки a plait of wires of the panel of devices from the block of electric sockets.

21. On the right side under the panel of devices disconnect pad a plait of wires from additional resistance of the electric motor of the fan of a heater …	22. … separate колодки plaits of wires of the electronic block of management of system SRS (system of passive safety) …

23. … and panels of devices …	24. … also disconnect pad a plait of wires from the electric motor of the fan of a heater.

25. Through a window in the panel of devices for a ware box turn out the screw of fastening of an arm of a heater …	26. … and located is more subcentral the car three screws of fastening of the case of a heater to the panel of devices.

27. Turn out a bolt of 1 fastening of the left arm of the console of the panel of devices to the body basis, turn on two nuts of 2 fastenings of an arm to the panel console …	28. … also remove an arm.

29. Similarly remove the right arm.

THE NOTE Arms of the console of the panel of devices are identical.

30. Open the right forward door and, having hooked a screw-driver …	31. … remove the right lateral cover of the panel of devices.

32. Turn out on three bolts of lateral fastening of the panel of devices to a body on the right …	33. … and at the left.

34. Remove facings of forward racks at the left and on the right (Removal and installation of facings of salon see).	35. Turn out on one bolt of the top fastenings of the panel of devices to a body at the left and on the right …

36. … also remove the panel of devices.

For dismantling of the panel of devices execute the following.

1. Remove a regulator of the electroproof-reader of light of headlights (Replacement of a regulator of the electroproof-reader of light of headlights see).

2. Remove a combination of devices, having removed its decorative overlay and having turned out four screws of fastening to the panel of devices (Removal and installation of a combination of devices see).

3. Remove a plait and wires of the panel of devices, having disconnected its clamps and collars from a skeleton of the panel of devices.	4. Turn out three screws of fastening of an air line обдува a windscreen on the left side of the panel of devices …

5. … three screws on the right side …	6. … six screws in the centre …

7. … also remove an air line.	8. Turn out on one screw of fastening of the central air line on the left side of the panel of devices …

9. … in the centre …	10. … on the right side …

11. … also remove the central air line.	12. Turn out two screws of fastening of a latch of the lock of a ware box …

13. … three screws of fastening of the decorative panel to a skeleton in the right part of the panel of devices below …	14. … and six screws above …

15. … on one screw in the left part of the panel of devices below …	16. … and above …

17. … and then separate the decorative panel of the panel of devices …	18. … and its skeleton.

19. Turn out three screws of fastening of an ashtray to the decorative panel …	20. … also remove an ashtray.

Collect and establish the panel of devices in an order, the return to dismantling and removal.
