10.8.2. Replacement of lamps

For replacement of lamps of a block headlight execute following operations.

1. Open a cowl.

2. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery...

3. … turn a headlight cover counter-clockwise …	4. … also uncover.

    

NOTES Replacement of lamps of the left headlight is shown. Lamps in the right headlight are symmetrized, replace them similarly. The headlight cover is condensed by a rubber ring. Strongly pressed out or torn ring replace new.

5. Disconnect from a lamp of a passing light/headlight of a plait of wires.	6. Deduce a spring clamp from hooks on a reflector, cast away a clamp...

7. … also take out a lamp of head light.

    

THE PREVENTION Do not concern with fingers of a flask of a lamp as галогеновая the lamp strongly heats up also fatty stains will cause flask dimness. Take a lamp for a flask only in pure gloves or a pure rag. If on a lamp all the same there were fatty stains, remove their spirit.

8. Insert a new lamp into a reflector and fix its spring holder.

9. Extend a cartridge of a lamp of dimensional light from a nest (the cartridge is established with a small tightness) and take it from a block headlight.	10. Take from a cartridge бесцокольную a lamp.

11. Insert into a cartridge a new lamp and establish a cartridge into place.

12. Establish into place a headlight cover.

13. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turn counter-clockwise …	14. … also take it from a block headlight.

15. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take from a cartridge.

16. Establish a new lamp in a cartridge, and a cartridge in a block headlight.

For replacement of a lamp of a lateral lantern of indexes of turn execute following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Shift back the case of the index of turn …	3. … also take it from a wing.

4. Turn a cartridge counter-clockwise …	5. … also take it from an index lantern.

6. Take a lamp from a cartridge.

7. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge, and a cartridge in the index case.

8. Establish a lateral lantern of indexes of turn in an order, the return to removal.

For replacement of any lamp in a back lantern execute following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Open a luggage carrier.

3. Compress clamps and open a cover in facing of a luggage carrier for access to a lantern.	4. Turn a lamp cartridge counter-clockwise …

5. … also take it from a lantern.	6. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take out from a cartridge.

7. At installation of a new lamp ledges on a lamp should get to cuts on a cartridge. Then fix a lamp in a cartridge, having turned it against the stop (on 90 ) clockwise.

8. Establish details in an order, the return to removal.

9. Other lamps in a back lantern replace similarly.

For lamp replacement in a lantern of illumination of licence plate execute following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Remove a lantern of illumination of licence plate (Replacement of lanterns of illumination of licence plate see).	3. Take бесцокольную a lamp from a cartridge.

4. Establish a new lamp.

5. Establish details in an order, the return to removal.

For lamp replacement in an additional stoplight execute following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of an additional stoplight counter-clockwise and remove it (operation is spent from a luggage carrier).	3. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take out from a cartridge.

4. Establish details in an order, the return to removal.

    

THE NOTE One of ledges on a lamp cartridge already the others. At installation сориентируйте a cartridge so that it has coincided with narrower cut (it is shown by an arrow), and turn a cartridge clockwise against the stop.

For lamp replacement in a plafond of illumination of salon execute following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Wring out a screw-driver clamps and remove рассеиватель a plafond.	3. Wring out spring contact and take a lamp.

4. Insert a new lamp.
