6.1.2. Removal and coupling installation

It be required to you: a key on 11, оправка for a centering of a conducted disk.

1. Remove a transmission (Removal and transmission installation see).

2. Keeping a flywheel a screw-driver from проворачивания, turn out six bolts of fastening of a casing of a press disk of coupling to a flywheel. An inhaling of bolts weaken in regular intervals: on one turn of a key everyone, passing from a bolt to a bolt on diameter.

    

THE NOTE For descriptive reasons work is shown on the removed engine.

3. Remove a casing and a conducted disk of coupling.

4. At coupling installation at first establish with the help send (fig. 6.2) a conducted disk, then a casing of a press disk see and screw bolts of fastening of a casing to a flywheel. Bolts roll in regular intervals: on one turn of a key everyone, passing from a bolt to a bolt on diameter. The moment of an inhaling of bolts 15 Нм.

5. Remove the mandrel and establish a transmission.

6. Check up and if necessary adjust a drive of deenergizing of coupling (Check and adjustment of a drive of deenergizing of coupling see).
