3.2. Malfunctions of system of injection of fuel

On the car the system of the distributed injection of fuel with a feedback is applied. Distributed injection is called because fuel is injected into each cylinder by a separate atomizer. The system of injection of fuel allows to lower toxicity of the fulfilled gases at improvement of road performance of the car.
In this section malfunctions of system of the injection, caused by refusal of those or other gauges are is only short described. The order of removal and installation of knots of power supply systems and engine management is resulted in subsections "Power supply system" and the Control system of the engine.
In system of injection with a feedback establish каталитический neutralizer of the fulfilled gases and the gauge of concentration of oxygen in the fulfilled gases which provides a feedback. The gauge traces concentration of oxygen in the fulfilled gases, and the electronic block of management on its signals supports such parity of air and fuel at which neutralizer works most effectively.

Before to remove any knots of system of injection of fuel, disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
The storage battery disconnect only at the switched off ignition.
Do not start up the engine if tips of wires on the storage battery are badly tightened.
Never disconnect the storage battery from an onboard network of the car at the working engine.
At gymnastics disconnect the storage battery from an onboard network of the car as the raised current at gymnastics can put out of action electronic components.
Do not suppose heating of the electronic block of management (ECU) above 65 С in working order and above 80 С in non-working (for example, in сушильной to the chamber). It is necessary to remove ECU from the car if this temperature is exceeded.
Do not disconnect from ECU and do not attach to it sockets of a plait of wires at the included ignition.
Before performance of electroarc welding on the car disconnect wires from the storage battery and sockets of wires from ECU.
All measurements of pressure carry out the digital voltmeter, which internal resistance not less than 10 МОм.
The electronic knots applied in system of injection, are calculated on very small pressure, therefore the electrostatic category can easily damage them. Not to admit damage ECU by the electrostatic category:
– Do not touch with hands tips EBU or electronic components on its payments;
– At work with a programmed constant memory (ППЗУ) the management block do not touch microcircuit conclusions.
Work on этилированном gasoline of the engine with neutralizer is not supposed is will lead to fast failure of neutralizer and the gauge of concentration of oxygen.
At work in rainy weather do not suppose water hit on electronic components of system of injection of fuel.

The overwhelming majority of malfunctions of system of injection of fuel happens is caused by refusal of its following gauges:
– Positions of a cranked shaft — the injection system crash, the engine is not started up;
– Absolute pressure (depression) in an inlet pipe — increase in the expense of fuel, considerable deterioration of dynamics, a problem with engine start-up;
– Positions throttle заслонки — capacity loss, jerks and failures at the dispersal, unstable work in an idling mode;
– Temperatures of a cooling liquid (it is established under the ignition coil) – difficulties with start-up in a frost: it is necessary to warm up the engine, supporting turns an accelerator pedal, at an overheat capacity essentially decreases, there is a detonation;
– Temperatures of soaked up air — increase in the expense of fuel, increase of level of toxicity of the fulfilled gases;
– Concentration of oxygen (ljambda-probe) – increase in the expense of fuel, decrease in capacity of the engine, unstable work idling. Damage catalytic neutralizer of the fulfilled gases is possible;
– Speeds (it is established on картере transmissions) – probably deterioration of dynamic qualities of the car and increase in the expense of fuel.
