13.4. A brake liquidAccording to the maintenance instruction in brake system of your car apply the brake liquids corresponding to international class DOT-4 and calculated on application in cars with raised dynamic characteristics. At purchase of a brake liquid it is necessary to be guided by following recommendations:
– Get a brake liquid only that class which is recommended by car manufacturer;
– Attentively examine container, it should be tight, and the protective membrane – is executed from a foil.
Brake liquids are classified on temperature of boiling and viscosity (tab. 13.2).
