Very often on a paint and varnish covering of the car there are damages (сколы, scratches, etc.) which do not manage to be removed polishing. In this case it is necessary to make the following.

1. Clear to metal of a place of damage of a paint and varnish covering (without body damage). Most easier to take advantage of structure-smyvkoj.

2. Remove a rust by means of abrasive tools, for example an emery paper.

3. Degrease solvent the cleared surface.

4. Process the rests of a rust the rust converter according to the instruction of the manufacturer.

5. Ground the prepared surface.

6. Pick up colour of a paint or address for this purpose to the expert.

    

THE NOTE Usually for painting use enamel of cold drying as she does not demand the special equipment for drying (thermal guns, technical hair dryers, etc.).

7. Coat the grounded surface.

Enamel impose a brush or a spray in three-four layers (about 6 layers are more rare).

If on a body the dent was formed (for example, from blow), at first decide that is more effective: replacement of the damaged element (the wing, a door), it рихтовка (editing) or is simple damage correction шпаклевкой (for small dents).

In all cases it is necessary to stop to (preserve) a rust, as the red rust (unlike scale) can grow, corroding the basic metal, at absence not only waters, but also air. In any case at once at detection of damage of a paint and varnish covering the damage place should be processed structure of type "Movil" or similar. It protects metal of a body from a rust, in case of need it can be removed the rags wetted by solvent or uajt-spiritom.

In garage conditions (for example, after failure) it is very difficult to eliminate serious damages, as the special equipment (building berths, etc.) which allows to restore correct geometry of a body for this purpose is required. As this equipment expensive, we advise to address in a workshop specialising on кузовном repair.

After restoration the paint and varnish covering is better for processing special polyroles for giving of shine and protection from small scratches.
