17.4.6. Drilling of the broken bolt

Carving aperture in which there was a bolt part, it is possible not to damage if to execute the following.

1. Накерните it is exact on the centre a bolt fragment. For simplification кернения process a break a file if it is possible.

2. Drill a bolt fragment. Diameter of a drill should make 0,8 diameters of a carving. For example, for carving connection М6 diameter of a drill should make 4,8 mm.

3. For drilling of the big bolts at first use a drill of small diameter.

4. Remove the parts of the bolt which has remained after drilling, and "pass" a carving a tap.
