9.5.2. Replacement of the main brake cylinder

It be required to you: a special key on 10 for brake pipelines, a key on 13.

1. Having unclenched clamps, disconnect pad a plait of wires from a stopper of a tank of the main brake cylinder.	2. Remove a stopper of a tank and pump out a brake liquid from a tank, for example, the big medical syringe.

3. Disconnect from a tank of the main brake cylinder a hose to the main cylinder of deenergizing of coupling (Replacement of a tank of the main brake cylinder see).

GOOD ADVICE At once after a detachment of a hose from a tank muffle its aperture, without lowering a hose downwards. Thus in a hose there will be a quantity of a working liquid, therefore after installation of a tank and joining to it of a hose to delete air from a hydrodrive of deenergizing of coupling it is not required. Establish on a tank a stopper to exclude hit in it a dirt.

4. Turn away a nut of fastening of four pipelines and take pipelines aside.

GOOD ADVICE Muffle pipelines in any accessible way (for example, having put on their ends protective caps of valves for air release) to prevent вытекание a brake liquid.

5. Turn on two nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder to the vacuum amplifier …	6. … also remove the main brake cylinder in gathering with a tank.

7. Take from the amplifier of brakes a pusher …	8. … and a sealant of the main brake cylinder.

    

PREVENTIONS Sealant of the main brake cylinder at each dismantling of connection replace new. If the cylindrical surface of a pusher is oxidised or polluted, clear its fine-grained emery paper. At deep corrosion replace a pusher.
