6.1.8. Prorolling of a hydrodrive of deenergizing of coupling

If at the pedal pressed against the stop coupling is switched off not completely ("conducts") that is accompanied by a characteristic gnash of gear wheels at reverse gear inclusion, probably, air has got to a hydrodrive of deenergizing of coupling. Remove its prorolling of a hydrodrive.
Besides, prorolling is carried out at filling of a hydrodrive with a liquid after its replacement or repair of knots of the system, connected with its depressurization.
It be required to you: a brake liquid, a hose for prorolling, a key on 10, capacity for a merged liquid.
1. Check up level of a working liquid in a tank of the main brake cylinder (a tank the general for both main cylinders) and if necessary finish to norm.
2. Remove a protective cap from the valve for removal of air of the working cylinder of coupling.
3. Put on the valve a hose and lower its end in capacity with a small amount of a brake liquid. Ask the assistant to press 4–5 times a pedal of coupling with intervals 2–3 with, and then to keep its pressed. Turn out the valve on 3/4 turns. The liquid will follow from a hose in capacity with air vials.
4. Wrap the valve and ask the assistant to release a coupling pedal.
5. Repeat operations 3 and 4 some times prior to the beginning of an exit from a hose of a liquid without air vials.

    
THE PREVENTION
During hydrodrive prorolling periodically check liquid level in a tank of the main cylinder of coupling. Do not suppose falling of level of a liquid in a tank below a label MIN on a tank wall. In due time add a liquid, differently at drainage of a bottom of a tank to system will get air and prorolling it is necessary to repeat anew.

6. Wrap the valve, put on a protective cap and if necessary add a liquid in a tank of the main cylinder of coupling.
