5.14.2. Pressure check in the engine power supply system

Check of pressure of fuel in a fuel stage of the engine is possible only in the presence of a manometre with a set of adapters for connection to the fuel pipeline.
1. Include ignition and listen: within several seconds you should hear a sound of work of an electrogasoline pump. If it it is not audible, check up an electric feed circuit of an electrogasoline pump.

THE PREVENTION
Keep in mind that the electrogasoline pump does not join, if in system топливоподачи there is a pressure. Differently, if you preliminary already included ignition and tried to start up the engine the serviceable electrogasoline pump already should create pressure in system and it невключение in this case is not malfunction.

2. Disconnect from the fuel filter the pipeline of giving of fuel in a fuel stage, having compressed a clamp запорного an element of its fastening (Replacement of the fuel filter see).
3. For check of pressure of fuel connect between the fuel filter and a fuel stage a manometre (with a limit of measurement not less than 5 kgs/sm2). At the idling engine pressure in топливопроводе should be nearby 300 кПа (3 kgs/sm2).
Following reasons of pressure decrease are possible:
– A faulty regulator of pressure of fuel;
– The littered fuel filter;
– The faulty fuel pump.
