17.4.7. Carving cutting

Very often in the course of repair there is a necessity of restoration of the damaged carving or cutting new.

In легкосплавных metals the carving is cut easily enough as unlike a steel their hardness is low. If to cut a carving of the suitable size it is impossible, cut a carving большего the size.

Restoration of the crumpled, damaged carving or нарезание the new passes in three stages, a carving cut consistently three taps: at first a tap with the first number (at it one ring проточка on a shaft), then a tap with the second number (with two ring проточками on a shaft) and, at last, a tap with the third number (with three ring проточками or without the protocheck). Before вворачиванием it is necessary to oil taps.

That at cutting of a carving the tap has not broken, rolling it, periodically turn out back for clarification from a formed shaving.
