11.17.2. Removal and installation of the block of management by heating and air-conditioning system

It be required to you: screw-drivers with flat and crosswise edges.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.

2. Having wrung out a screw-driver spring clamps from both parties of a facing overlay of the console of the panel of devices above …	3. … and below, remove an overlay.

4. Turn out two screws of fastening заглушки boxing for radio tape recorder installation …	5. … take away заглушку from the panel of devices, disconnect from заглушки pad a plait of wires, take out from the holder a cable of the aerial and remove заглушку.

6. Take from a nest of the panel of devices boxing for radio tape recorder installation.	7. Turn out two screws of fastening to the panel of devices of the block of management of heating and air-conditioning system …

8. … deduce three clamps in the top part of the block from gearing with the panel of devices and move the block on itself so, the length of wires and draughts how much allows.	9. Disconnect from the block колодки a plait of wires.

10. Having wrung out a finger a clamp of a cover of draught of management заслонкой distributions of streams of air …	11. … disconnect a cover from the case of a heater and remove draught from a lever finger заслонки.

12. Similarly disconnect from levers of a heater draught of management заслонками regulations of temperature of air arriving in salon …	13. … and заслонкой рециркуляции.

14. Remove the block of management of heating and air-conditioning system together with draughts. If necessary disconnect from levers of the block of draught the same as it did at their detachment from heater levers (subitem 11-14 see).

15. Establish the block of management of heating and air-conditioning and all removed details in an order, the return to removal.
